(February 27, 2006) -- As the economy begins to once again make filling
vacant job positions a difficult task, Velankani will continue its
employee referral program designed to identify qualified applicants that
was reinstituted in 2005.
This program encourages our employees to refer eligible applicants matching open job requirements at our customers. If the referred person is hired, the employee who provided the referral will earn $250 for the referral after the new hire completes three months of employment.
The employee referral program is open to all of our employees, except management or the sales team.
Employees can contact friends and associates who have the required skills described in a job posting and then complete an employee referral form with an attached copy of the applicant's resume. The packet should then be sent to human resources management at 10 Corporate Place South, Suite 1-02, Piscataway, NJ 08854. Forms are available from human resources management.
Applications already on file or under active consideration are not eligible for consideration as part of this employee referral program. The program does not apply to immediate family members of contractors and consultants who have provided services to Velankani Information Systems, Inc. or Velankani Communications Technologies, Inc., or for rehires of former employees.
