Kolanda Reddy: Chairman.
Kolanda founded Velankani Information Systems,Inc.,
(VIS) in 1985 with the mission to provide world class
software development services to multiple divisions of
AT&T and other New Jersey based telecommunication
companies at the time of divestiture. Later in the
90's Velankani Information Systems Inc., used its
expertise to provide OSS integration services to the
CLECs. Kolanda's vision has been to build a socially
conscientious organization that is an incubator for
talent and innovation. The organization that was started
in a New Jersey garage has blossomed in to multiple business
entities with interests spanning Telco OEMs, Real Estate and
Infrastructure for technology parks, BPO for Hedge funds,
and IT services. Over the years, the organization has grown
to become a conglomorate with a total asset base of over
$100 million - with no outside investor participation.
Kolanda, a former Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories,
has extensive expertise with large database design, telephony
and financial applications. He holds two Master's degrees,
one in Computer Science from Queens College, College
University of New York, and the other in Operations
Research from Osmania University, India.

Raj
Singh: President and Chief Executive Officer.
Since joining Velankani in 1991 in a business
development role, Raj has provided the vision,
entrepreneurial zeal, and leadership to evolve
the company from an organization focused on providing
professional services and staffing to a full-service,
world-class solutions firm that provides a wide range of
engineering and management consulting services to companies
in the telecom and data communications domain. As of July 2005,
Raj Singh assumed the role of President and CEO for Velankani
Communications Technologies, Inc. Raj has lead the creation of
several business models that are now emerging as a standard
practice in the Industry. Raj has more than 20 years experience
in telecommunications and previously worked at Bell Labs. He also
consulted for the Dataphone II business unit of AT&T (now Paradyne).
Raj then served as a consultant for McGraw Hill, where he worked
as a Systems Manager for prototype products using UNIX systems
technology. While at McGraw Hill, he created a message store and
forward system, which is now a standard feature for all e-mail systems.
Raj has been an angel investor at several start-ups...his investments
have seeded companies in areas of Tele-medicine, retail, and real estate.
Raj earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science
from Queens College, College University of New York.

Ray
Krauchunas: Chief Financial Officer.
Ray joined Velankani after a 22 year career at
AT&T and Lucent Technologies. As CFO, one of Ray's goals
is to ensure that various engagement models translate to
profitiablity and increase in share holder value. In addition,
Ray provides domain expertise in various projects. Ray's
experience spans field operations and engineering, strategic
planning, and Operations Support System design, testing,
deployment, integration, and support. Ray has held lead
positions at AT&T for the definition of AT&T system
architectures, the Operations lead on the AT&T team that
defined the Hybrid Fiber Coax architecture for telephony over
cable, and was the lead planner for the initial development and
deployment of AT&T Local Operations Systems. Ray moved to
Lucent Technologies to take responsibility for Integration
Testing, Deployment and Customer Support for the Operations
Systems used in the AT&T Local business. He has also led
system architecture, system test, and deployment and
support teams in the Operations Support System domain.
In his final position at Lucent, Ray ran a large organization
of over 500 engineers as the Managing Director of the
System Integration practice in Lucent's World Wide Services
professional services. Ray began his career in the
Telecommunications industry at AT&T after completing his MBA
with concentration in finance at Northwestern University's
Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Prior to his career
in Telcos, Ray worked for the US Navy and ran nuclear powered
ships around the world. Ray's background in nuclear engineering
has helped steer Velankani out of a nuclear melt down in the
industry following the bubble years of late 90's. |

Frank Schumeg:
Chief Technology Officer. Frank came
to Velankani with over 25 years of experience
in bringing technical innovation to market
by bridging the gap between theoretical and
practical implementation. Frank's role at
Velankani is to help our customers close the
gap between business and engineering decisions.
Prior to Velankani, Frank was the VP of Engineering
and Chief Architect at Jedai Broadband Networks
which became the first company to successfully
deploy TDM services over Metropolitan Ethernet
infrastructure. Prior to Jedai, Frank managed
the System Engineering group at Fujitsu Network
Communications where he was responsible for
the research and development of Hybrid SONET/ATM,
Digital Loop Carrier, DSLAM and ATM PON equipment.
Prior to Fujitsu, Frank managed the System
Engineering group at Dialogic (Intel) and
coordinated the development of core technologies
to support distributed voice processing and
was instrumental in one of the first commercially
successful deployments of VoIP technology
and services. In the early 1990's, while at
ascom Timeplex, Frank introduced the concept
of a Voice over Frame Relay Soft Switch. Frank
started his career in the late 1970's at ITT
Communications, where he was responsible for
statistically multiplexing voice and data.
Frank holds an BSEE degree from Fairleigh

Vineet Jain: Vice
President Engineering. For more than
14 years Vineet has been providing leadership,
driving innovation and delivering quality
solutions for a wide spectrum of companies
including Lucent, IBM and a wide-spectrum
of Velankani clients. Vineet has expertise
in technical and project management, architecture
and delivery of carrier-grade systems employing
IP, ATM, SONET, Voice over IP, Voice over
ATM, EMS/NMS, Agent, Telecom Applications,
and embedded systems. Vineet presently overseas
various outsourced projects for Velankani.
This involves a wide-spectrum of projects
spanning from EMS/NMS to embedded solutions.
This include work for clients developing Next-generation
Multi-service Switches, Location based systems
for TDMA and GSM, Voice Gateways, DSLAM, DLC,
Ethernet Switches, VPN Gateways among others.
Vineet has spent five years at Lucent working
on Jupiter (a next-generation signal processing
platform) and PVG (a VoIP/ATM Media Gateway).
Vineet was instrumental in leading software
architecture, and significant amount of software
development. Vineet holds an MS in Computer
Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay and
a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from
IT-BHU, India. |

Jayanthi Narasimhan:
Vice President Software. Jayanthi
has held positions of Architect, Senior Technical
VP and product manager over her 20 years of
telecom industry experience spanning OSS, Billing Mediation, EMS,
NMS, Voice Gateway, GR-303, and real-time
embedded applications. Currently leading a
architecture team to deliver
a carrier-grade EMS and mediation platform
for a soft-switch based on J2EE architecture.
Technical lead and architect for a SONET ADM/DCS
equipment including Network management (J2EE)
for Parama networks. Lead and delivered many
projects successfully including billing mediation
for PIC-CARE, GR-303, and many EMS/NMS/OSS
solutions. Provided technical leadership roles
and guided and trained team members for product
development. Built successful teams and delivered
products and services on time and within budget.
Jayanthi holds an MS in Electrical Engineering
from IIT, Chennai and a BS in Electronics
and Communications from IISc Bangalore. |

Shankar
Iyer: CEO of VITEOS (Velankani IT-Enabled
Outsourcing Services, a Velankani Division).
Shankar Iyer serves as an advisor
to the outsourcing team. Shankar was previously
CEO of Silverline, an Indian outsourcing company
that he helped grow over ten years to over
2,500 employees. Shankar joined Velankani
in the fall of 2001, after an 11-year career
at Silverline, an Indian outsourcing company.
Shankar started his career at Voltas (a Tata
company) after graduating from Bombay University
with Masters degrees in Management Sciences
and Solid State Electronics. After a year
as an area sales manager, he joined Silverline,
which was at the time a startup software consulting
company. Over ten years, Shankar was instrumental
in growing and transforming Silverline into
the $200M outsourcing company it is today. |

Kermit
L. Ross: Founder and Principal Consultant
of Millennium Marketing. Millennium
Marketing provides consulting services in
marketing strategy, planning and product positioning
to telecommunications companies, primarily
domestic and international start-up companies.
Mr. Ross was previously Vice President-Marketing
of Taqua Systems. He also founded and was
President of Teledata Communications Inc.,
the North American subsidiary of an Israeli
company. Mr. Ross is a Contributing Editor
for "Broadband Access Review", published
by Broadband Publishing. Mr. Ross has over
36 years experience in the telecommunications
industry, including sales, marketing and executive
positions at Raychem, Raytheon, GN Netcom,
Teltone and DSC. He began his telecommunications
career in 1965 at Indiana Bell Telephone Company.
He holds a BS in Mathematics from Purdue University.
He is a member of IEEE and the Executive Council
of the International Engineering Consortium
